Drafts and final documents are delivered via email or other agreed digital formats.
Refund PolicyService Not Rendered: Clients may request a cancellation and full refund if work has not yet commenced. Requests must be made within the delivery period starting from the purchase date.
Delayed Delivery: If we are unable to complete the service within the agreed timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, clients may request a refund.
