1. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund if work has not yet begun.

• If work has already started, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Refunds

Refunds are considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment

• Service not delivered as agreed

• Work not initiated at the time of cancellation request

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Once a draft or completed document has been delivered

• Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (e.g., writing style) after service completion

• Delayed response or lack of communication from the client causing project delays

4. Revisions

• We provide multiple free revisions per project within 7 days of delivery.

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
