Because our services involve personalized work, time, consultation, strategy, and digital content creation, all sales are generally considered final.

Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances and at our sole discretion.

Refund requests may be reviewed if:

• work has not yet started;
• duplicate payments were made accidentally;
• technical/payment processing errors occurred.

If a refund is approved, the amount refunded may exclude:

• payment gateway fees,
• processing charges,
• administrative costs,
• or work already completed.

Refunds will generally NOT be provided for:

• completed resume writing services;
• delivered drafts or final files;
• dissatisfaction based on personal preference after revisions;
• delayed responses from the client;
• failure to secure interviews or employment;
• change of mind after work has started;
• incorrect information submitted by the client.

Most packages may include revisions as specified in the package description.

Revision requests must:

• relate to the original order;
• be submitted within the allowed revision period;
• not involve a completely different career direction or new project scope.

Additional charges may apply for extensive rewrites or new requirements.

By purchasing our services, you agree to contact us first before initiating:

• payment disputes,
• chargebacks,
• or claims through payment providers.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• account suspension,
• refusal of future services,
• or submission of evidence to payment providers.

Project timelines may vary depending on:

• client responsiveness,
• document complexity,
• revision requests,
• or workload volume.

Delays caused by missing client information or late responses do not qualify for refunds.

Orders may only be cancelled before work has started.

Once:

• consultation,
• research,
• drafting,
• or writing work has begun,

the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
