User Representations
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

In general, all purchases for professional resume writing and career branding services are final and non-refundable due to the customized digital nature of the services provided.
If your package includes revisions or guarantees, those will be specifically stated in the package description.

Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the Platform available.

- your Contributions are accurate and not misleading.
We reserve the right to remove or edit Contributions at our discretion.
Contribution License
By submitting Contributions to the Platform, you grant Worthy Resumes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and process such Contributions solely for providing and improving our services.
You retain ownership of your original content and career information.
Third-Party Websites And Content
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for:
- third-party content,
- privacy practices,
- products,
- services,
- or policies.
Your interactions with third-party websites are solely between you and those third parties.
Platform Management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:
- monitor the Platform for violations of these Terms;
- restrict access to the Platform;
- remove excessive or harmful content;
- take appropriate legal action against violations.

Limitation Of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORTHY RESUMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Worthy Resumes and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
