Delivery of Services:

At Worthy Resumes, our services are delivered digitally. Once a client has completed their purchase and provided all required details (such as career history, project specifications, and any additional documentation), our team begins work according to the agreed project timeline. Drafts and final documents are delivered via email or other agreed digital formats.

Service Not Rendered: Clients may request a cancellation and full refund if work has not yet commenced. Requests must be made within the delivery period starting from the purchase date.

Delayed Delivery: If we are unable to complete the service within the agreed timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, clients may request a refund. The timeline begins only after we receive all required information from the client. Delays caused by missing information from the client may void refund eligibility.

Service Not as Described: If the delivered service does not align with what was promised, clients may request a refund within the specified period from the completion date. Clear evidence must be provided to support the request.

As our services are digital and personalized, returns of completed work are not applicable. However, if clients are dissatisfied, they are encouraged to contact our team for revisions (if included in their package) or discuss concerns so we can resolve them promptly.
